Father God, Holy God, the one who is above everything created...
Today we declare our allegiance to you.
We declare your victory over death, brokenness and defeat.
Today we choose to walk in the way you have for us.
We choose to take the risks you invite us into, and we will not let fear hinder us.
We will walk with boldness knowing we are wearing your cloak of forgiveness, which frees us.
We will announce and proclaim your goodness throughout this earth of yours.
We will celebrate and shout that death has been defeated, that you offer life, and life abundant.
Today we will be brave, we will look our demons in the face and we won't tremble, because you are holding our hand, and whispering assurances in our ear.
And when we get tired, we choose to remind each other that You are faithful, yes always faithful.
We choose to lift our friend's hands up, because we know that some days they hold our hands up, and that ultimately it's you who holds both our hands up.
And so today, today, we choose to hear your voice and live.
