Christ,
And I lay my head down on my pillow and I rest.
I rest because you are still awake.
I rest because this earth you made is yours.
I rest because you made my body to work and sleep.
I rest because you are here, here with me.
I rest in you this night.
Christ around me
Christ beside me,
Christ before me in my dreams.
"May the peace of all peace be mine this night".
